Developed the SMM promotion strategy to promote the auto service’s offerings and attract new customers. Created engaging Reels intended to drive attention and interest, and supervised visuals and shoots to maintain consistent quality and visual direction. Resulted in launching an active account with increased audience engagement and growth in customer inquiries.

Managed the DelivioTM social media project with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engaging the audience, and launching a creative contest mechanic. Researched the target audience, competitors, popular content formats, and engagement mechanics. Developed the contest concept (Restaurant Roulette) and created technical and creative briefs for visuals and copy. Coordinated campaign communication across posts, Stories, and Reels with targeted reach, including scripting, visuals, and audience interaction. Collected feedback and used analytics/KPIs to monitor performance and refine the strategy during the campaign, driving follower growth and higher engagement.
