Represented business users for daily/weekly/monthly NAV calculations, oversaw release testing and documentation, and conducted workshops for requirements gathering, budgeting, and IT design. Applied BRD/FSD/Prince2 methodologies and BPMs (ARIS/Visio) with Lean Six Sigma. Implemented RPA automation for repetitive tasks, automated price and benchmark processing, and developed onboarding flows and dashboards for stakeholders. Coordinated cross-functional teams across accounting, pricing, derivatives, compliance, corporate actions, transfer, and custody to optimize workflows and data flows.

Led a team of up to 30 people to deliver Market Value, Margins and MTM on a daily basis (NAV Admin). Structured teams into Asset-Level Pricing, OTC Derivatives Modeling, Market Data, and Corporate Actions. Implemented multi-time-point pricing and ensured alignment with fund strategies; worked with various fund types (Pooling, Fair Value, Swing, ETFs, SICAVs, OIECs, AIFs, Hedge Funds). Applied fair value pricing across multi-region portfolios and established internal pricing triggers with external data vendors. Developed and standardized procedures for EMEA, contributed to procedural documentation, and decommissioned legacy NAV systems. Founded European Pricing Automation and led an automation team to reduce manual pricing workflows, utilizing APIs and scripting for complex assets.

Balance statements verification and financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP; reviewed and corrected automated reports and financial documents.
