Initiated and designed BI model from scratch; defined KPIs and dashboard visuals for Board of Directors quarterly reviews (QlikView). Created dashboards for HR, Finance, Purchasing, R&D, Sales, Energy Management. Designed, tested and validated workflows in Power Automate; semantic model design. Developed ComuniCARE communications app in Power Apps and an internal on-screen communications system; SharePoint intranet sites; Autodesk document management implementations with user training. Built internal Power Apps for HR, fuel cards, Christmas gifts, plant canteens, vaccination calendar, access control, etc. Produced tutorials (documentary and video) for procedures and software manuals. Managed up to 2 BI Analysts (temporary).

Delivered reporting apps in QlikView and Power BI for Service Delivery (parts costs, failure frequency, field time, uptime by model). Replaced manual maintenance scheduling with a VBA/AS400 processing tool linked to SMS/FAX notifications. Led projects including Finance scorecards, mobility cost reductions, and Siebel implementations; documented and trained regional users. Developed SDI-compliant electronic invoicing software for Italian public hospitals. Created tutorials and contributed to slide decks with business data visuals.
