Design (CAD), document, and maintain low-volume Medical Device products from conception to market under ISO 13485 and FDA’s 21 CFR Part 820 Medical Device requirements. Author, organize, and maintain all technical QMS Documentation within compliance: DHFs, DHRs, FMEAs, Risk Documentation (RAs, REs), SOPs, MPI’s, CAPAs, SCARs, NCRs, DCOs, ECOs, Etc. Manage all component vendors and CM’s for multiple medium-volume optical sensors to ensure continued compliance to requirements to all applicable standards. Lead the continuous improvement process to decrease production time, and lower cost and decrease time-to-market.
