I’m Kevin Wang, a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years at Amazon, focused on building secure, large-scale backend systems and cloud infrastructure. I enjoy designing highly available services, strengthening security controls, and creating reliable distributed architectures that support enterprise workloads worldwide.
In my day-to-day work, I lead full-stack development across React/TypeScript frontends and Java/Python/Golang services, often using AWS multi-region patterns and strong automation to reduce operational friction. I also collaborate on AI/ML-powered developer workflows and data pipelines, and I take pride in mentoring others through CI/CD, microservices design, and practical cloud engineering.
