I am Lejla Barić, an entrepreneur and strategic communications expert with leadership experience across public administration, international cooperation, and innovation-driven entrepreneurship. I founded Plasma Glow d.o.o. in Croatia and lead the development of the EEYA hybrid cold plasma skincare device, coordinating partnerships, product strategy and market positioning.
