I'm Camilo Torres. Born in Argentina and based in Mexico since 2017, I've developed drama series projects for BTF Media, Sony Pictures, TV Azteca, and Lemon Films, among others. I was part of the writers' rooms for EL CÉSAR (Disney), about the journey of world boxing champion Julio César Chávez, and HOY VOY A CAMBIAR (Televisa), a drama series about Mexican singer Lupita D’Alessio. I also created COYOTL for Dopamine and Warner Bros., which is now available on HBO. From 2020 to 2022 I served as Content Director at Cinema226, where I managed and coordinated multiple writers’ teams. I collaborated with producer Gastón Pavlovich on several in-house projects, and in 2022 developed two drama series for Red Creek (Rompan Todo and Soldados o Zombies) and worked on a Mediapro US project. That same year I was the head writer of LO QUE LA GENTE CUENTA for TV Azteca, organizing the writers' room and supervising the workflow with the production team. In 2023 I joined the writers’ rooms of FABRICANTES DE OVNIS and LA PARTITURA SECRETA (Disney, now on Hulu). During 2024–2025 I worked as a writer and promo writer for PocketFM in LATAM, and I’ve been represented by Strong Island Entertainment since 2021.…I'm Camilo Torres.
