Hi, I’m Rafael Fornaris, a multidisciplinary visual creator born in a small Colombian city in the Andes and now based in Argentina. I studied professional graphic design and earned a master’s degree in combined artistic languages (semiotic-cultural studies on artistic production). I’m an illustrator, animator, video editor, art director, watercolorist, and more—and I love exploring the best ways to communicate through different techniques and styles of animation. For the last 15 years I’ve been focusing on motion graphics, the perfect field to blend all my skills in one role. I’ve worked with agencies such as Leo Burnett Colombia and Rapp Argentina, among others, and today I’m a Senior Motion Designer at WPP Production in Argentina. I enjoy taking on varied projects and teaching as well—sharing knowledge with students and freelancers and continuously learning new tools and approaches.
