Served as primary operational liaison between the Services team and four key departments (ACC, CNW, LOG, PEM), coordinating execution of daily operational plans. Led a team of 45 volunteers in daily operations at the Paralympic Village, directly accountable for service delivery, brand representation, and team performance under Games-time pressure. Supported venue readiness activities, including setup, daily operations, and sponsor bump-out coordination during Games-time and post-Games transition.

Event Specialist - Guest Pass & Services at Milano Cortina 2026 Organising Committee

February 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026

Managed end-to-end delivery of sponsor activities across multiple Olympic spaces, coordinating with 10+ sponsors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution within strict operational timelines. Led, coordinated and mentored a team of 64 volunteers at the Milano Olympic Village, overseeing all daily activities within sponsor zones. Personally handled all volunteer management operations, including rostering, scheduling, and resolution of personnel matters. Created and managed accurate operational documentation, schedules, rosters and access lists over the course of the event.
