Reviewed the previous Job Shift website and identified UI/UX issues that made the platform harder to use. Redesigned and updated the complete learning section to be clearer, easier to navigate, and more visually consistent. Compared the original Figma designs with the live React site and documented where things didn't match. Organized everything into easy-to-follow spreadsheets with screenshots, priorities, and notes for the dev team. Created updated layouts, simple wireframes, and clear visuals to show how sections should look and work. Collaborated closely with developers to explain design choices and help keep the build aligned with the design.
