At present, I serve as the CAPA Marquee Awards Intern with the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts. Working behind the scenes on a large-scale arts initiative has given me a deeper insight into the logistics, planning, and collaboration required to successfully execute arts education programs. In addition to my administrative experience, my work as the Youth Production Director at Star Performance Academy has strengthened my commitment to arts education and student engagement. In this role, I guide young performers through the creative process of a musical production, while also managing rehearsal schedules, coordinating with staff and families, and ensuring productions run sooty.
