I'm William Guttridge, a recent graduate from the University of Salford in film production. My interest in film started when I was younger, and I first experienced being on a set during a summer programme with the Plaza Community Cinema in Waterloo. Since then, I’ve pursued opportunities that let me learn on set and explore how production works from prep to post. Since completing my degree, I’ve been building a network through LMFF events, taking on a range of hospitality roles to stay flexible, and developing an independent documentary project as the gaffer on a short film. I’ve also shot music videos and continue to develop these connections.
