Production line maintenance and optimization; handling blow molders, fillers, labelers, palletizers, depalletizers, conveyors and packing machines; upgrading existing lines; coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors; performing FAT testing and commissioning; writing method statements and maintenance procedures.

Project management, installation and commissioning of major plants (including a Continuous Filament Winder Plant and a 5-Axis CNC Water Jet Cutting Machine); design and 3D modeling of machines and accessories; finite element analysis of critical components; design, implementation and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; onsite electrical, software, and mechanical maintenance; remote technical support for clients; installation and commissioning of YLE products at client premises; creation of manuals and training materials.
