Hi, I'm David A. Schwartz. I'm a seasoned Director of Photography and Steadicam operator with four decades of experience shooting feature films, television, and commercial projects. My work spans film, broadcast TV, music videos, and corporate video, and I bring a strong eye for lighting, composition, and movement to every project. Throughout my career I have also worked as a director and editor, starting in the days of online tape-to-tape editing and continuing into today's digital NLEs. As a Director of Photography, I take advantage of the extensive coloring capabilities built into programs like Adobe Premire pro and Da Vinci Resolve. I’ve been a Steadicam owner-operator since 1984 and enjoy collaborating with directors to tell stories through dynamic camera work.
