About
Hi, I’m Gabriela Medina Abdu, an architect educated at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. I have hands-on experience delivering BIM-enabled architectural projects from concept to construction documentation, across Colombia, the United States, and Latin America. I specialize in translating client visions into functional, identity-rich spaces using a blend of immersive visualization tools (Revit, SketchUp, Twinmotion) and rigorous technical methods to ensure climate adaptation and code compliance.
Recently, I led an 11,000 m² architectural survey for a structural certification with Dossphera, designed a new university campus in Panama City for Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, and I am currently producing high-end residential documentation and BIM sets from Miami. I enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and suppliers, and delivering high-quality designs on time.
