I am Chloe Wong, a customer-focused professional with experience in key account support, cross-functional coordination, and relationship management within fast-paced commercial environments. I recently completed a graduate internship as a Graduate Key Account Manager Intern in the Cardiac BU at Me How in Shenzhen, where I supported international customers across medical device, pharmaceutical and R&D sectors, coordinated internal communication and sourcing cost inputs for USD ~1M annual projects, and participated in on-site manufacturing visits to gain end-to-end visibility of MedTech production workflows. I also gained exposure to MedTech quality and regulatory processes (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, DFMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications), and supported trade fairs by analyzing competitor activity and informing competitive differentiation in discussions. Beyond MedTech, I have delivered patient-centered service at Macquarie Medical Imaging, handling 120 inquiries daily, training new staff, and driving cross-department collaboration to improve appointment processes and patient experience. My research experience includes scoping and literature reviews on AI in healthcare and management of head injuries, while my volunteering work demonstrates leadership and community engagement.
