Set up and oversee the bookings function, managing offers, contracts, itineraries, and assets for 21 artists. Coordinate 10–30 bookings per artist per year across markets, handling visas, flights, accommodation, tech riders, advances, and on-site care. Act as main point of contact for promoters and venues, managing holds, confirmations, pipelines, and introducing artist care protocols including safety, access needs, and clear communication.

Founded a cultural initiative supporting Indigenous and minority artists through mentorship and collaboration. Coordinated a global charity release of 152 tracks from 130+ labels and contributors across 5 continents. Managed remote approvals, follow-up, and multi‑partner coordination, and built partnerships with festivals and cultural organisations to increase representation.

Co-founded and scaled an independent electronic music label with a global roster of 20+ acts. Overseen releases usually 3-4 per month, artist development, and touring logistics, including contracts, travel, technical riders, and promoter relations for international festivals and events. Plan and deliver campaigns and day-to-day operations that expanded the label’s international reach and maintained multiple projects in parallel.
