I’m Elle, an Audio-Visual Engineer and Producer crafting music, events, stage shows, and content. I thrive on turning ideas into immersive experiences, whether on the festival circuit, corporate stages, or intimate venues.
Over the years I’ve built and managed multidisciplinary teams (from 5 to 100 people) and have worn multiple hats – designer, producer, performer, and host. My work spans from Rainbow Serpent and Future Music Festival to theatre parodies and children’s shows; I love blending technology with creativity to tell compelling stories.

Presented weekly radio show, produced show ads and weekly podcast from live-broadcasted show, arranged and booked guest DJs, interviewed guests, produced marketing materials, social-media promotions and account management.
Bump-in/out and operation of audio, visual, and lighting equipment at all styles of events, including music festivals, corporate events, nightclub events, weddings, theatre, TV/film. Responsible for AV setup, operation, and coordination of crew.
Full creation and curation of events from planning to post-event procedures. Booking artists (agent liaison), venue/site bookings, promotional material design (logos, flyers, posters, video ads, t-shirts), budget planning, staffing/logistics, and overall event operations.
