Cayley Thomas

Hi, I’m Cayley Thomas. I bring 15+ years of dynamic, results-driven experience across education, administration, management, and the performing arts. I founded a successful dance studio and have led as Head of Dance at Ashton International College and now Reddam House Durbanville. I’m skilled in business management, curriculum design, event coordination, and marketing, and I’m passionate about growth—building a business, elevating a brand, or unlocking individual potential.

Currently I lead the Dance Department (Grades 5–12) at Reddam House Durbanville as Head of Dance and RDDA Administrator, overseeing curriculum development, examinations, and productions; managing a studio team of eight staff and 300+ clients; and coordinating cultural events, eisteddfods, and festivals. Previously I founded Time To Dance Studio, growing it to 200+ clients, overseeing finances, operations, and marketing, and directing shows and community events. I have also led dance programs at Ashton International College and taught at KZN Dance Centre, with a track record of building stakeholder relationships and mentoring students toward professional careers.
