Conducted user research including competitive analysis of investment products, semi-structured interviews and usability testing with three investors during early research and six during prototype evaluation, synthesising findings into five shared pain points including navigation hierarchy and AI differentiation. Collaborated with PMs, developers and AI architects to define, specify and ship an AI-powered chart generation feature within two weeks. Built and maintained a Figma design system with 30+ modular components structured on atomic design principles, and full developer handoff documentation.

January 1, 2024 - January 1, 2024Led an end-to-end service design project for first-time entrepreneurs in rural China, conducting semi-structured interviews to understand how fragmented loan processes and opaque banking procedures created systemic barriers to accessing finance. Synthesised findings into journey maps and personas, then co-designed the service concept with a finance professional to stress-test the proposed workflow against real banking and regulatory requirements, delivering a four-stage service blueprint and high-fidelity prototype.
