Designed and developed frame-based fabricated assemblies including base frames, machine frames, supports, brackets, and structural sub-assemblies with emphasis on structural integrity, fabrication efficiency, and load paths. Created frame layouts, defined connections and material thicknesses, optimized for manufacturability and serviceability, and collaborated with fabrication teams. Produced manufacturing-ready drawings with weld symbols, joint callouts, dimensional tolerances, surface finish notes, and fabrication instructions. Prepared accurate frame BOMs, cut lists, and member length data to enable efficient material planning and shop-floor execution. Designed sheet metal components (enclosures, panels, folded brackets, guards, mounting plates) with proper bend allowances and flat patterns. Contributed to millwork and furniture design for commercial interiors as a secondary scope.

Assisted in CAD, 3D modeling, and drafting projects using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Worked on automation projects using DriveWorks to develop a configurator for automatic generation of models, drawings, and documentation.

Generated new sales opportunities through LinkedIn, telephone, and email outreach. Defined project scope and goals, managed resources, and led client outreach campaigns to expand the customer base.
