Worked on design and development of an enterprise platform combining ERP, workflows, and data tools in a single workspace, covering end-to-end ownership including design system, interaction patterns, and brand identity within a small cross-functional team. Built a Figma design system from scratch using variables to support consistent scaling across density and display modes, then partnered with front-end developers to mirror the same logic in code. Designed accessible components aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA (contrast, touch targets, keyboard interaction, focus states, and non-colour feedback) with interaction states embedded in component definitions. Created UX patterns for navigation, search, filtering, contextual panels, profiles, and list/table/board views to simplify multi-step workflows, including handling deep navigation via global vs contextual sections.

Redesigned a law firm website for service enquiries by restructuring services, calls to action, and blog/news content and delivering responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Led skincare brand identity redesign including logo, typography, packaging, and website adaptation supporting launch of 10 product lines. Developed a full visual identity for a volunteer charity (logo concept, color system, typography, and usage guidelines) with applications across print and merchandise, and delivered brand assets including logos, packaging, and supporting creative direction for client projects and events.
