Owned QA for a client’s products across a cross-functional team of QA engineers, developers, BA, and designer. Delivered functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing; tested APIs using Postman/Swagger; validated data with SQL. Covered payment and billing integrations end-to-end including authorization, retrieval, refunds, provider failures, and invoice/billing synchronization. Introduced AI-assisted QA by building custom skills in Claude and Codex to automate bug reporting, regression runs, test documentation creation and updates, and QA reporting. Established and maintained test documentation and QA processes using Qase.io and Confluence.

As the company’s sole QA engineer, owned QA strategy, processes, and hands-on end-to-end testing across enterprise web platforms supporting 3+ concurrent products. Designed and implemented a Cypress UI automation framework from scratch with 60+ automated tests covering critical business flows for regression on every release. Implemented Postman API automation for backend regression checks each release cycle. Applied risk-based testing to prioritize critical business and payment flows, and integrated technical SEO validation into release processes (URL normalization, redirects, crawl/index stability, and structured data). Represented the company at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai to demonstrate QA capabilities to international enterprise clients and partners.

Built a Cypress UI automation framework from scratch and owned an automated regression suite of 100+ tests covering Atomik CMS functionality and client websites powered by it. Made automated regression a standard part of every release. Directed QA strategy for client-facing web and mobile products, including fintech/payment-enabled platforms (Stripe). Managed full defect lifecycle in Jira (reporting, prioritization, verification, and regression testing). Coordinated QA across multiple projects, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles, and mentored 4 junior QA engineers through onboarding, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
