I am Peter de Groef, and I have been working professionally with music and teaching for twenty years. For me, teaching is not just a task but a true passion; I work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds—both in groups and individually—placing great emphasis on listening skills, musicality, and engagement. During projects, I see time and again how intensely young students can focus when they actively engage their sense of hearing. Work Experience

Muziekleerkracht (klassikaal en individueel) at De Hommel and Muzikea. Klarisaxomanie

January 1, 2006 - Present

Experienced in both group instruction and individual guidance. Uses musical-didactic materials and fosters active listening and aural development, including through musical games for young children. Structures lessons and projects around practical exercises and positive innovation. As a composer, I possess a broad range of knowledge across various genres; that is why I enjoy composing for film—I already have two scores suitable for this purpose.
