Retrofitted 27 IQOS boutiques and 55 shop-in-shops in Russia, and 24 IQOS boutiques in Ukraine. Rebuilt 55 islands and shop-in-shops in Russia to align with the new Brand and Design. Rolled out the new Design Concept in 30 boutiques across Russia and Ukraine as early markets worldwide. Developed Executive Technical Guidebooks for General Contractors and Architects. Enhanced suppliers’ and local partners’ capabilities through community sessions. Designed boutiques under 100 m², incorporating local touches in selected locations and historical buildings. Deployed Travel Retail corners and shop-in-shops across Europe, Japan, and Korea; implemented small formats in Japan and Malaysia. Contributed to a 30% cost-reduction plan for small retail formats.
