Saas Suscription by Shopify at Conde Nast

    https://www.twine.net/signin

The project involved the design and development of the online subscription platform for Condé Nast titles in Spain (Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Traveler), initially implemented on Shopify as an e-commerce solution. The architecture was built using a modular and scalable system, enabling the efficient integration of multiple subscription plans (annual, monthly, single issues, and special promotions) while ensuring a unified user experience across all publications.

A mobile-first approach was applied, guaranteeing usability and consistency across devices. The project also included integration with both local and international payment gateways, as well as the automation of order and fulfillment processes, with a strong focus on simplifying the purchase flow and reducing friction at checkout.

Thanks to this solid foundation, the system was successfully scaled to other markets in the Middle East and later to India, maintaining the same Shopify framework while adapting the experience to each region’s specific needs (language, currency, payment methods, and logistics).

This project represented a key step in Condé Nast’s digital transformation, establishing a centralized and flexible subscription model that enabled the alignment of its international subscription strategy.
