Started the Sam Edelman dress division from the ground up. Known as a shoe line we were tasked with creating an aesthetic for the dress line to complement their shoes. Built a textile and trim library of core and seasonal items by creating relationships with factories and fabric vendors. Created color palettes, original artworks and sourced fabrics at development and production stages. Designed and managed the sample development process from creating tech packs to maintaining them through the fit approval stage.

Associate Print and Apparel Designer at S. Rothschild - Sam Edelman Brand

Assisted senior designer on development from inspiration concept research and yarn selection to designing through sketching, making flats, and developing tech packs for 3 seasons. Supported sample fittings and assisted in creating and editing fit comments to be sent between our local and overseas factories. Kept in communication with over 20 yarn agents for appointments to source new core and seasonal items.
