Prepared detailed NDT and quality inspection reports, approving components against strict customer specifications and engineering tolerances. Supported root cause investigations using 5 Whys, FMEA, and Fishbone diagrams, contributing to corrective actions that improved production line reliability. Collaborated cross-functionally with production and quality teams to close corrective actions and reduce defect escape rates.

Implemented and maintained quality control processes for recycled automotive components, ensuring OEM-equivalent standards were consistently met.
