I'm Tom Whitewood, a third-year BA (Hons) Film Production student at Coventry University, who recently returned from a year abroad at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) as part of an international exchange program. I was awarded a scholarship for academic achievement and am the 2023 Espresso 90 Young Filmmaker Award winner. I have a strong passion for directing and post-production, with experience working as DoP, Editor and Director on short films. I am reliable, resilient, and a committed team player with a solid background in both creative production and customer-facing roles. Outside of my academic work, I stay active through team sports such as football. I also enjoy tennis and padel and maintain daily gym sessions.
