I have been the staff composer for a few established recording studios writing for local and regional jingles,TV production, Documentaries and more including,The Indiana state museum,The BOB & TOM show, Keller Crescent, Hardees, Burger King, Something to Cheer About (Documentary),Eli Lilly and many more. I have experience as a Front of House Mix engineer and tech for local and national artists, including Cabaret at The Columbia Club, Indy Jazz Fest, Ginuwine, Ace Frehley, The Georgia Thunderbolts and many more. I operated my own Recording studio,Gary Mielke Productions for a decade working with many local / national artists and business including , platinum award winning jazz artists, The Headhunters, Randy Brecker/ the Brecker Bothers, Steve Allee, Rufus Reid, Will Kennedy/The Yellow Jackets, Lenny White/ Chick Corea and Return To Forever, The BOB & TOM Show, James Genus/Saturday Night Live, Today's Bedroom One, Mattress Gallery, Ed's Transmissions,etc. I worked retail sales, recording dept. setup and was selected to teach the Full Sail Ground School recording class for Mars Music in the past. For a decade I was a manufacture's representative and territory manager for, QSC, Universal Audio, Sennheiser/Neumann, Arturia, Televic, Phillips Professional Displays, EAW, Presonus, Genelec, and others.
