Shaped and organized client-facing documentation for a real estate project, transforming technical information into clear, accessible reference materials used as a sales tool and a long-term reference for owners. Worked closely with the property owner to align on goals and adapt layouts and visual content through regular reviews, sourcing and presenting imagery that emphasized texture, quality, and real-world appearance of materials and finishes, and guiding the selection of appliances for the apartments. Used digital editing and AI-assisted tools to adapt images (background removal, color adjustments, asset refinement) when original visuals were unavailable.

Designed reusable presentation templates and organized a visual library of furniture images — focusing on material textures and close-ups — to create clear and consistent client presentations that supported a smoother sales process. Researched design and furniture trends to strengthen visual storytelling, collaborating with managers and team members to present tailored client solutions and adjust content quickly based on feedback and changing needs. Created seasonal digital materials such as flyers, in-store visuals, and personal social media stories using existing marketing assets to drive foot traffic and event participation.
