I’m a Senior QA Lead with 17+ years of experience in manual and automated testing across enterprise-level FinTech and capital market systems. I bring a strong background in CMMI Level 3 processes, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and end-to-end QA ownership, with hands-on experience in test strategy, automation, defect management, client communication, and team mentoring.

I’ve led QA activities aligned with CMMI Level 3, prepared effort estimates, detailed test plans and comprehensive test cases based on business and user requirements. I produced regression and release-quality statements, and delivery plans in collaboration with development and business analysis teams. As Scrum Master on selected projects, I managed sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; provided domain expertise in capital markets to QA and development teams; investigated and resolved production issues via remote access in high-pressure client environments; and mentored new hires through onboarding and training sessions. I also conducted client meetings and interviews for QA and automation roles.
