I have supported design-construction interface management and pre-contract negotiations, developed bid proposals, tracked costs, and improved interdisciplinary coordination using BIM-enabled processes to meet client requirements and NZTA standards.
My strengths include operational excellence, cost planning, design and concept development, architectural detailing, client engagement, and subcontractor/vendor negotiations. I hold a BIM Ready Architecture + Structure certification and have hands-on experience with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop and V-Ray.
