Alka Singh

I’m Alka Singh, a UX Architect and Associate Manager with 21 years of experience in advanced UX/UCD/UI design. I excel in turning business requirements into intuitive experiences across web and mobile, leading cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and developers, and driving design systems and best practices. I work with Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch to rapidly prototype and deliver end-user mockups, and I have hands-on experience preparing app image assets for multiple platforms. I enjoy collaborating with product management, engineering, and data science teams to translate insights into meaningful products, including conversational design and business value analytics.

Currently leading a 10-member UX team on Gen AI projects, while participating in digital transformation initiatives for Allegro and Great Eastern. I am passionate about human-centered design, usability testing (including interviews, surveys, and eye-tracking), and mentoring teams to deliver delightful, accessible, and scalable experiences. In addition to product work, I’ve trained colleagues on HTML/CSS and accessibility, and I have a track record of pre-sales consulting and client-facing design leadership across multiple geographies.
