Myra Rados

I am Myra Rados, a Registered Psychotherapist and Professional Art Therapist based in Ontario. I hold a Master’s Level Diploma in Art Therapy from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute and have completed EMDR and Sandplay training. I am committed to integrating mindfulness, trauma-informed art therapy, and person-centred approaches to support children, adults, and families.

Over the years I have developed and led brief mindfulness art therapy programs for workplace mental health, collaborated with frontline services, and contributed to community organizations. I value supervision and ongoing professional development and have presented findings at national conferences. I am passionate about making mental health resources accessible through arts-based approaches and look forward to publishing and sharing findings with the wider professional community.

I contract lending my voice and creative writing skills (screenplay writing) to projects, with years of experience in the TV and Film Industry. I use my expressive and voice acting skills in various work contracts, and in helping children and adolescents find their voice and confidence in therapy work. A voice demo is available upon request.
