Niamh Fitzgerald

Hi, I’m Niamh Fitzgerald, a dedicated fitness instructor and online coach based in Limerick, Ireland. I create approachable, practical programs for clients of all ages, drawing on experience as a Leisure & Fitness Instructor, Preschool Assistant, and care roles to build supportive, client-centered sessions.

In my free time I enjoy staying active, photography, and helping others grow their online presence through social media strategy and content creation. I’m excited to bring energy, reliability, and a friendly, can-do attitude to every project.
