Led end-to-end design of Easy Agile Roadmaps from concept to General Availability and stepped into an acting PM role for six months, managing both functions concurrently. Oversaw the full design lifecycle for Roadmaps (strategy, discovery, delivery, launch) and owned the product from earliest concepts to GA. Reshaped core hierarchy and navigation to reduce cognitive load for enterprise users, informed by continuous usability testing. Drove continuous discovery through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing, shaping differentiating roadmap features. Built analytics dashboards in Amplitude and implemented in-app onboarding/feedback loops to signal adoption in real time and accelerate prioritization. Partnered with PM, Engineering, and GTM to align roadmap strategy, migration planning, and cross-functional readiness. Explored AI-assisted design workflows using Figma, Make, and GitHub Copilot; shipped PRs and shared learnings with the broader teams.
