About
Hi, I’m Ashwini Gaikwad, ISTQB-certified Senior QA Engineer with 8+ years of end-to-end software testing across e-commerce, fintech, insurance, CRM, and supply chain domains. I excel in manual functional testing, regression, SIT, E2E, and UAT, with hands-on REST API testing using Postman and Swagger and backend data validation via SQL. I also contribute to regression automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), and I thrive in Agile teams coordinating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
I’m passionate about building robust QA strategies, ensuring release readiness, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. I focus on risk-based testing, traceability, and defect lifecycle management, and I enjoy mentoring teammates to raise testing standards. I’m based in Munich and open to on-site, hybrid, or remote roles across Germany and the EU.
