Rachel Lilley

Freelance social media and digital marketing professional with over four years’ experience delivering insight-led, integrated activity across organic, paid and influencer channels. Having worked both in-house and freelance with beauty and fashion brands including Technic Cosmetics, DLTA Studios and Bluee, I bring a well-rounded understanding of content creation, platform strategy and influencer marketing — with a genuine passion for the industries this role sits in.

I specialise in managing social media accounts end-to-end, from content planning and creative development through to scheduling, community management, performance analysis and optimisation. Comfortable working independently across multiple client accounts, I adapt tone and strategy to suit different brands while consistently delivering high-quality, trend-aware content that drives measurable results. Proven track record includes growing a TikTok account from 9K to 22K+ in four months and launching an influencer brand to 30,000 followers in three months. Skilled in Canva, CapCut, scheduling tools and AI-assisted workflows, I combine creative thinking with a data-led approach — always aligning content activity with wider business and marketing objectives. Highly organised, proactive and personable, I thrive when given the independence and trust to deliver, and I’m always looking to evolve, bring fresh ideas and exceed expectations.
