I am Celestin Mutuyimana, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with international expertise. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Zurich Division of Clinical Intervention and Global Mental Health and an honorary affiliate of the Collegium Helveticum (ETH Zurich) and the University of Rwanda.
My research focuses on trauma- and stress-related disorders and digital mental health, with a cross-cultural lens on long-term trauma, historical trauma, and intergenerational transmission. I aim to develop culturally sensitive interventions and to bridge science and society through policy work, community initiatives, and filmmaking.
