Product Designer at Shot Darts

Disrupted the moulded flight market by developing a new threaded-point range aligned with Shot Darts' product strategy during a summer internship. Developed 8 CAD concepts for a moulded flight refined through weekly feedback with players and industry professionals to reduce bounce-outs and improve grouping. Sourced high-fidelity prototypes from Chinese factories; delivered final technical drawing packages for mould production. Generated 10 threaded-point concepts refined to 3, informed by patent research. Three products progressed to final development within 3 months. Collaborated on a parallel project to design a collapsible aisle chair, refining 12 CAD concepts around a compact mechanism; conducted user testing with 7 participants; leveraged anthropometric data to improve usability and safety.
