Nazim Sharbatov

Hello, I’m Nazim Sharbatov, a Creative Director with extensive experience in TV content management, film production, and live events. I began my career in 2003 as a VTR operator, progressed to video editing and directing, and spent more than a decade shaping visual brands at Khazar TV as Creative Director and later Executive Director. Since 2016 I’ve worked as a freelance Video Content Manager and Director, delivering TV programs, documentaries, sports events, and music videos for a variety of clients and collaborators.

I’m fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish, and I enjoy collaborating with media teams, NGOs, and political organizations to turn ideas into compelling stories. I’m passionate about building strong creative teams, delivering high-quality multimedia content on time, and helping organizations communicate their messages effectively through video and live productions.
