Owned end-to-end design of CarNow Marketplace from zero to 40,000 users in 12 months, mapping complex use journeys across consumer mobile app, dealer CMS/CRM, and internal ops tools. Redesign of the listing-to-PDP flow after funnel analysis increased conversion. Designed internal tools (CMS, CRM, DMS) with agent-facing workflows and decision screens, translating ambiguous requirements into buildable prototypes. Led problem framing and discovery sessions with PMs and engineers to ensure the team solved the right problems.
