Independent management of a portfolio of 70 self-storage assets valued at $500M, liaising with 50 owners and 15 district managers nationwide. Led the preparation and approval of $40M in operating and capital budgets, with continuous reporting of key performance metrics to owners and partners. Drove a 20% revenue increase by evaluating asset management and ROI opportunities, including data analytics using SQL and Tableau. Developed complex Excel cash flow models and proformas for 60 self-storage investments and performed due diligence in acquisitions to run various debt financing scenarios, waterfalls, and revenue/expense assumptions.

Developed complex cash flow models for potential hotel investments; underwrote and conducted market research for boutique, full-service, and luxury hotels in the US, closing over $250M in hotel investments. Evaluated opportunities with respect to existing portfolio assets, including renovation, disposition, and refinancing of 12 assets.
