Hi, I’m Andreas Lucas. I’ve spent over two decades in the film, music and advertising industries as a composer, producer and creative consultant. I founded FunDeMental Studios in Berlin, where I serve as managing director and head of sound production, delivering full audio post-production for advertising, film and entertainment projects. I love the variety and technical challenges of scoring for film and audiovisual media. Recent projects include Frostbite, a survival horror drama directed by Lukas Rinker (Neopol Film, Germany; Re-Invent Studios, Denmark), and I’m here, I’m fine by Emine Emel Balci (Dilek Aydin, Turkey; Egoli Tossel, Germany). My past work spans genre-crossing titles like The Black Square, Holy Shit, Resistance Fighters and Welcome to Karastan, as well as co-composing for international co-productions such as We Have Always Lived in the Castle, Weightless, Rememory and the Canadian series 19-2. I also contribute as a co-producer on films including Jolsobi, My Mother’s Girlfriend, 4 Days to Eternity and Whatever Happens.
