Outsourced by John French to coach and facilitate established programs, including the CAP (Communication Acceleration Program) and Leadership Program. Focus areas include confidence, presence and impact, strategic communication, and leadership acceleration for clients such as Old Mutual Invest, Standard Bank, and Investec; involved in leadership acceleration programs with initial communication audits and customized development plans.
