Owned end-to-end design for SIES' Shopify store, starting from who the customer actually was, not who we assumed, using traffic and device analysis to uncover that most shoppers arrived mobile-first via paid social with little to no brand familiarity. Diagnosed a critical product-page funnel drop-off and validated changes through iterative A/B testing, cutting average clicks by 43%, lifting order completion to 91%, and reducing drop-off by 52%.
