Elise Busby

I’m an English Literature undergraduate at Lancaster University with a predicted First-Class degree, combining strong analytical, research and communication skills with hands-on editorial and educational content experience. I’ve worked with SCAN Lancaster and Comma Press, developed outreach and tutoring initiatives, and supported audiences ranging from academic readers to young learners. I’m skilled at synthesising complex information, evaluating written content and adapting ideas for different formats and audiences, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and organisation.

Through roles in editorial, tutoring and educational support, I enjoy making ideas accessible and engaging. I’m passionate about clear, effective communication and about helping others develop critical thinking and writing skills. I thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and am committed to delivering high-quality work that informs, inspires and supports diverse learners.
