Identified a need for a customization-first aid solution for DIY enthusiasts with varying skill levels, tools, and working environments. Determined standard first aid kits were insufficient, requiring flexibility across risk levels, accessibility needs, and safe storage requirements. Created low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes for desktop and mobile, using modular design, accessible navigation, and mobile-first patterns. Applied weekly feedback to refine information hierarchy, task flows, and visual clarity, producing one end-to-end UX case study integrating personas, research findings, wireframes, and a validated prototype solution.
