I work across user research, journey mapping, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual storytelling to move from insight to practical solutions.
My recent work focuses on AI-assisted healthcare communication, ageing and cognitive-support technologies, and ethical, human-centred interaction design. I enjoy collaborating across disciplines and iterating with real users to ensure experiences are usable, trustworthy, and grounded in care routines.
